The Board of Directors has developed this new site to increase communication and education throughout the development.  We hope you find it to be a useful and informational tool. 
In this site you will find important information about our Community Pool, Calendar of Events, the Management Team, the Board of Directors, public documents critical to the operation of the Homeowners Association including Minutes from past Board Meetings, useful local community links and much more. The Association was founded to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained.
This web site is for the benefit of all residents and is intended to help share information about the Association in an efficient manner for the benefit of the Membership in partnership with the Board of Directors and the Management Team. It's also to assist any new or prospective members of the community to gain a better understanding and appreciation for what Carolina Forest has to offer. 2015 Carolina Forest Annual Pool Registration

Carolina Forest, CSA pool registration and pool pass distribution will be held this Saturday, April 25th from 9AM-1PM and Saturday, May 9th from 9AM-1PM in the community clubhouse. Annual registration is required for members and renters to ensure the Association has current membership information on file.
Only homeowners who are "in good standing" will be allowed to use the pool. In good standing shall be defined as the absence of assessment delinquency, architectural or covenants violation, privilege suspension, or pending legal action to include liens with the Association. If you have not paid your assessment dues, we will not have a pool pass or key fob on site for you. For questions, please contact CF HOA Mgmt.’s Charity Hurlburt at or 910-353-2001.

You may also download and complete the 2015 Carolina Forest HOA Pool Registration Form to save time during the registration process.
Renters who wish to use the pool must first obtain permission from the Homeowner via the Homeowner Transfer of Privileges to Lessee Form.  This form must be completed prior to registration and emailed by the homeowner to
**Pool Passes & Key Fobs will ONLY be distributed to HOMEOWNERS unless there’s a Homeowner Transfer of Privileges to Lessee Form on file.  Please be sure to bring your PHOTO ID for membership verification.

The pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the hours are from 9am-8pm, Monday-Sunday.

Pool Attendant Job Description
(Memorial Weekend through September 11th)
Full-Time/Part-Time Positions
Essential Job Functions and Duties
· Complete the opening, mid-day, and closing duties checklist.
· Assist members visiting the pool as they enter
· Enforce all rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
· Log and Maintain Swimming Pool Passes
· Report 30 Minutes before scheduled time
· Maintain Positive Public Relations at all times
· Attend all employee meetings and trainings as scheduled.
· Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout your shift
· Clean and maintain restrooms throughout your shift.
· Document and report all disciplinary problems and accidents to Management
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Applicant must:
· Must be 17 years of age.
· Must have knowledge of Standard First Aid and public relations.
· Must have ability to follow oral and written instructions.
· Must be able to establish harmonious working relations with colleagues and the general public.
· Must exhibit a genuine liking and understanding of children.
· High moral character and standards necessary for association with children.
· Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
· High moral character and standards necessary for association with children.
Skills: The ability to readily accept instructions from those in a supervisory capacity; to be able to accept constructive feedback; and to project good public relations. This employee should have the ability to follow department policies and procedures and to concentrate on tasks in the presence of distractions. Be able to understand and follow instructions. This employee should have excellent public relation, oral and written communication skills. This employee must be able to count money and change correctly. Worker will be trained to operate equipment properly as needed.
Problem Solving: Problem solving is a factor in this position. The employee encounters problems answering questions and concerns of the general public and customers who may be dissatisfied with policies and procedures. This employee makes decisions concerning enforcement of policies and rules, and performing daily duties in the most efficient manner.
·       No Visitors at any time. (No friends or relatives will be allowed in the pool area unless a member of Carolina Forest CSA)
·       No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages 
Dress Code:
·       Bathing Suit and Swim Trunks will be provided by Employer
·       Cloths must be stain free and clean.

2015 Community Yard Sales Dates

The 2015 Community Yard Sale dates have been posted in the "UPCOMING EVENTS" section of the site.

Community signs will be placed along CF Blvd by the HOA.  However, if you still choose to put signs out, PLEASE BE SURE TO REMOVE THEM no later than 3 p.m. the day of the sale.

Dear Member,
Please consider this to be your formal written notice of the amount of 2015 Annual Assessment for your Lot as required by the Carolina Forest Master Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions; page 11, Section 7, Paragraph C & D. 
The Board has met and voted to increase the annual assessments to $400.00 per Lot due to anticipated operating expenses in 2015.  This is an increase of twenty-five ($25.00) over the 2014 assessment.  A copy of our 2015 budget, assessment invoice, and our annual meeting notice will follow from the management company.
Your annual payment is due by January 31, 2015.  Payment received after this date will be considered late, so please pay on time to avoid fees.  To save time, you may also make your assessment payment using PAYPAL.
