Our initial CFHOA Annual Meeting of the Members was scheduled for Thursday, January 21st at 6:30pm in the community clubhouse, however we did not have 10% (#57 members) of the membership present to conduct Association business per our bylaws and unfortunately had to be canceled.
Therefore, the next scheduled meeting is Thursday, February 11th at 6:30pm in the community clubhouse.
The Board of Directors looks forward to seeing everyone there to review our financial position, review FY15 activities, and discuss current projects FY16.  If you can't make it, please be sure to send in your proxies using the form provided in the Notice of Annual Meeting letter that was sent by Advantage Gold Realty so we may meet quorum. If you did not receive a copy, you may obtain one via this link: 2016 Carolina Forest Annual Meeting Notice
